    It's a Bourbon, and they also make a very good Rye.

    It appears that Bulleit is a family name and I enjoy it as well. I just opened a bottle of 1792 which is also a straight Kentucky Bourbon. It is slightly smoother than Bulleit but it loses a little of the boldness in the process. Very nice for sipping at room temp.

    I don't have a favorite yet. I enjoy variety so I'll will hunt down some good ones (imo) and report back.
